I really like your work, especially the Wisconsin Protest stuff. I just moved to Madison 4 months ago and I can\'t forgive Walker for what he is doing to this State I wanted to settle down in.

"As a soldier in the U.S. Army, I want to say thankyou. I cant be home, protesting with my mother or father, (the Corectional officer at the end of your video) but I support what your doing. Its great to see the people take a stand for there beliefs. And I want to thank you for showing not just me, not just the other protestors, but the people of the nation, just how we people of wiconsin stand up against injustice. Thank you."

Part III

Matt:

I realize you are getting scads of emails, now more than ever. At the risk of having this email lost in the herd and it may be days or even weeks before you read it; I have to say that your videos on this protest are absolutely masterful! The choices of music are a marvel. The cinematography is first class and the editing is worthy of any Hollywood studio.

All that aside, the emotional impact of these videos is... well, I do not have an adjective that properly describes it. While Fox news seeks to frame the protesters as 'hippies', 'deadbeats', etc., your work is showing to all the country just who these people are: White, black, young and old; all united in the common cause of what's right and fair. I am 62 years old, a Vietnam Veteran and a retired City employee. I have spent my life in public service in one form or another. To hear my fellow public service employees described as freeloaders and leeches is more than I can bear. The allusion by bumper sticker to the Pledge of Allegiance (Liberty and Justice For All), is a very subtle but striking pull back to what it is you and the others in Madison are really fighting to preserve and defend.

I'm an 11 year vet of the U.S. Navy and Wi. Air Nat. Guard. I am currently a firefighter for the City of Madison. We are not the enemy..We are middle class AMERICA! I voted for Bush twice and McCain in the last election. I'm NOT a liberal. I am an AMERICAN VETERAN FIREFIGHTER fighting for his rights to collective bargaining against Big Government and Big Corporation. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IS NOT THE REASON FOR THE DEBT! We are fighting to retain our voice as a collective middle class! Thats all
